The Challenge Leadership Program breaks away from traditional student leadership development. Where leadership conferences benefit only a few individuals from each school and full school assemblies do not have time to detail specific leadership traits, our program format is unique. We empower a core group of student leaders large enough to make a positive change in the school, yet small enough that we can focus on specific leadership skills.

Benefits to the School

After attending a Challenge Leadership Program, students will:
