Chuck Roach
Chuck
Roach's career is continually focused on getting the most
out of students. His professional experience as a teacher,
coach, intramural director, athletic trainer, assistant dean
of boys, assistant principal, and principal remains centered
on helping students realize their full potential. After serving
as principal for the prestigious North Central High School
in Indianapolis, Chuck developed what would become the Challenge
Leadership Programs in an effort to help more students and
more schools realize the benefits of strong, mature leadership.
Chuck's mission has not changed since the inception of the
Challenge Leadership Programs in 1980. School groups from
across the country are discovering the leadership potential
that exists within their school and community.
Known for his motivational speeches and programs
focused on reaching one's greatest potential, Chuck is an
expert in the areas of team building, leadership skills and
group dynamics.
Beyond his Challenge Leadership Program schedule,
Chuck has made presentations for organizations such as the
Spaulding Leadership Institute, the International PRIDE Conference,
the Rotary Club International of South Korea, the Indiana
4-H Junior Leaders State Conference, The Indiana Assistant
Principals State Conference, the Indiana Division of Student
Activities, the Hugh O'Brian Youth Leadership Seminars, the
Indiana Student Council Representatives Assembly and the National
Association of Secondary School Principals.
